Clock cottage, Cow Close Lane This listed cottage is built from water shot rubble stone with stone dressings and a stone slate roof. Of C17 origin, it bears a datestone1669. It was lime-washed for many years and then sand blasted by Mr. P. Putwain who modernised it internally between 1986 and 1992
