  • These three photographs look as if they are taken from the summit of Ingleborough. The first two possibly from the Swine Tail approach; the last one is of one of the ring structures on the summit, looking towards Pen-y-ghent. Part of the summit enclosure wall is visible beyond. If the photographs really date to c.1900 they could be the earliest known photos of the prehistoric archaeology.
