Hurries Farm
Hurries is a working farm built around 1720 with rubble fill stone walls and stone slate roof. In recent years it has been in the ownership of the Wellock family who purchased it from Colonel Hastings Clay of Cross Stones, Airton. The previous owner was Mr Frank Waite who had bought from Dot Bolland in 1954
